Description: This is an antique carved shell cameo with a female bust wearing a little diamond and 14kt white gold "necklace". The Female bust might be of a Greek or Roman goddess. She has flowers in her hair. The diamond is an old European cut, also known as an antique round brilliant cut. It is a natural diamond measuring approximately 2.4mm in diameter and estimated to weigh approximately 0.05 carats. The diamond is near-colorless (H-i-J) and only very slightly included ( VS2 ). I have had a tiny hole added to each of the two top corners of the cameo and fitted with small 14kt white gold jump rings so it can be worn as a pendant. You can attach a chain to the jump rings, or have a chain slide through the jump rings. SKU 4228i .
