High-quality vintage Japanese Akoya cultured pearls necklace. 22 inches long, with 9 to 9.4mm pearls. Circa 1950s. The pearls are round with a slightly baroque protrusion at one end of each pearl. The colors are white to cream. They have iridescence, pink overtones, high luster, and thick nacre. They have some small bumps and ridges. The clasp is a pearl with a white gold fitting and matching the other pearls to form an uninterrupted strand. Newly restrung, hand-knotted between each pearl. The color of the pearls will differ depending on the viewing conditions, lightning, and surroundings. I've included pictures and video that might help to show this.
